This page describes how the information contained in the site are managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Privacy Code") and art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 ("GDPR") to those who access the site. The information is provided only for the site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The Controller of their treatment is Cartello S.r.l., with registered office in Milan (MI), di Porta Nuova n. 34, operative office in Carasco (GE), Via Terrarossa n. 1.

Data processing

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the offices of Cartello S.r.l. and are only handled by employees, collaborators, employees of Cartello S.r.l. in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. Such data may also be shared, for the purposes of technical management of the HIDEA product, with the manufacturer Hangzhou Hidea Power Machinery Co. Methods and purposes of Data processing

Personal data will be processed by Cartello S.r.l. in paper format or with automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and to monitor the life of the HIDEA product to which such data refer. The personal data provided by users who forward to the addresses published on this site or by filling in forms requesting information material are used only to send the requested information and are not disclosed to third parties, with the exception of Hangzhou Hidea Power Machinery Co.,Ltd., unless disclosure is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of requests.

Types of data processed: Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..), cookies that track the IP for security reasons and to prevent unauthorized access and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days.

Types of data processed: Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The data provided by the customer, by e-mails or by filling in forms on may be used by Cartello S.r.l. to send advertising and/or information material, in order to find customers in the event of recall campaigns or communications of a technical nature or for statistical purposes or for market research.

Types of data processed: Cookies

No personal data of users is acquired by the site through the use of cookies. These files are saved in the memory of the user's computer to facilitate subsequent access to our website. Cookies are not used for the transmission of personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users, used. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. The reception of cookies used in this site can be interrupted at any time by the user by changing the settings of his browser. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes. Finally, we use cookies that track your IP for security reasons, so as to prevent unauthorized access.

Rights of data subjects

Should Cartello S.r.l. process personal data and information acquired through the website, the subjects to whom such data and information refer shall have the rights as per art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 of the GDPR and precisely the rights to:
i. obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
ii. obtain information on: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the help of electronic means; d) the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, of the GDPR; e) the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing;
iii. obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
iv. oppose, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by email and / or through traditional marketing methods by phone and / or mail. It should be noted that the right of opposition of the person concerned, as set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes by means of automated methods extends to the traditional ones and that, in any case, the possibility for the person concerned to exercise the right of opposition even in part remains unaffected. Therefore, the interested party may decide to receive only communications by traditional means or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.
Where applicable, they also have the rights under Articles. 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of processing, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
